MES Takt Time

Takt timing of manual, machine, and hybrid production flows can be done to achieve a more even work pace, high quality, and delivery reliability.

Takt timing can be easily implemented with IoT Hub and manual acknowledgments for visualization of Should, Is, and Deviation from a system's takt time or speed in a given production flow.

In production flows that are already planned and takt-timed with MES systems other than easyMES, APS RTM can be advantageously used to measure actual times and visualize real-time status for all operations and jobs and integrate all stations on lines, tracks, and site builds. This data can be used to show bottlenecks, update cycle times and operation and tempo times in ERP and OnTop with actual and statistically representative times also for dynamic balancing of production lines, etc.

Takt timing can be combined with APS RTM for displaying exact status on all included operations and jobs per order and tempo.
