OnTop IoT Hub is a plug-and-play cloud service in the easyMES system for automated connection of all production equipment - from older machines to the latest and most advanced machines and robots as well as sensors - for the highest data security and data integrity without data loss.

OnTop IoT Hub is configured and updated by onTop Automation on Azure and does not need to be maintained by the user. Data collection and upload to Azure starts automatically immediately after the IoT Hub gets an internet connection. Multiple production resources can be connected with the same IoT Hub, seamlessly and without interruption. Data is stored in the IoT Hub during internet connection interruptions and is automatically uploaded when it is restored. No data is lost. All data is uploaded to the customer's reserved database on Azure.
