EasyMES has been developed from the very beginning by and for production people. Decisions and control should be close to reality and the people in production. Automation provides people with accurate real-time information and calculated action alternatives, but does not remove their ability to understand or influence the process.

Real-time information is used directly by automated algorithms for customer order-driven planning and follow-up with visualization of reality for Lean management with human intelligence and experience as the creative force to act quickly on deviations from planned production and changes in customer needs.

easyMES has unique MES functionality that can be used as a complement to ERPs. Start small-scale, adapt and scale seamlessly over time to grow.

Lean management with people at the center

easyMES complements ERP and replaces other MES with customer order-driven operational planning and control of all production orders and operations. Automatically collected IoT data is continuously analyzed and used directly in APS planning, so that production is planned based on the actual production situation and customer needs – not solely based on theoretical standard times and static plans.

Planning is performed according to clear Lean-based system logic for pull production, single-piece flow, and efficient resource utilization with high OEE and delivery reliability.

easyMES is human-centered by design. The planning logic and results are transparent and visual so that planners, production management, and operators can understand how production is controlled, see and test alternative solutions with the help of a powerful simulation tool.
